Herbert + Mason is an architectural and design practice that remains dedicated to the realisation of buildings and design. We employ a group of highly skilled team members who aim to achieve the highest quality of design and creativity, whilst co-coordinating the required specialised professions to provide the appropriate skills and team structures for each project.

Our innovation is lead not by rushing to architectural solutions’; rather striving to create greater clarity and quality in a projects outcome by collectively evaluating its intentions and requirements with the client, project specialists, consultants and contractors. This approach brings a full range of building and design issues, which we coincide with performance, based and value engineered requirements for each and every project allowing Herbert + Mason to deliver unique responses to every project.

We implement vision by embracing and retaining the insight that facilitates architectural invention. We do not believe in universals diluted by application . . . and understand each project demands a different type of innovation . . .  

We engage intelligently with each project, seeking opportunities to catalyse appropriate solutions set by limitations such as budgets, schedules, codes, politics, and site conditions, that contribute to the business life and requirements of our clients rewarding us with the focus to design and manage successful projects that are both daring to be dumb and / or daring to be original.
