moncks spur NZalteration/ addition moncks spur budget range: $ 650 000 - $ 800 000 This house was been built for clients who live in Japan but visit NZ frequently for holiday and refuge. This project was a fantastic demonstrtion of a client / architect relationship working in 2 - 3 - 4 differnet countries over the course of the project.
